• Detailed engineering design (civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, mechanical, and plant design), based on local model building codes and/or the international building code;

• Design and performance criteria;
• Procedures for engineering design, procurement, construction, quality assurance, document control, project costs and schedule control;
  
• Engineering modeling (numerical and analog);
• Application of software to assist in the overall design as well as evaluation of critical plant systems, including the development of in-house, project-specific software and numerical models;
• Drawings issued for construction;
  
• Contract and construction specifications documents;
• Technical documents that include references, studies and past designs; and
  
• Information and data feedback to optimize the design and operational performance on systems and equipment.
